Bolivian authorities have seized 86.5kg of marijuana from a bus scheduled to transport Brazilian football club São Paulo’s delegation.
Police reportedly discovered the drugs in four bags inside the vehicle and arrested three people in connection with the seizure.
The bus was operated by a company subcontracted by São Paulo to provide transportation for the team during its trip to Bolivia.

Following the seizure, the company provided another bus for the delegation, allowing the team to continue its journey.
São Paulo was in Bolivia for its Copa Sudamericana clash against Bolívar, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
The club was not directly implicated in the incident, with reports indicating that the seized vehicle had not yet been used to transport the team.
