President Donald Trump has warned Republicans that losing Congress in the midterm elections could lead to another impeachment.
Speaking at a House Republican retreat, Trump said Democrats would “find a reason” to impeach him if the GOP loses control. He urged party members to win key seats in November.
The warning comes as voter dissatisfaction grows, with the economy a major concern ahead of the elections. All House seats and part of the Senate are up for grabs.

Trump is the only U.S. president impeached twice. His first impeachment in 2019 involved claims he pressured Ukraine over Joe Biden. The second followed the 2021 Capitol attack.
Both cases ended without conviction in the Senate. Trump has called the impeachments politically motivated.
Republican strategists are now using the impeachment threat to boost voter turnout. However, midterm elections often favor the opposition party.
