Victor Boniface Resumes Training After Lengthy Injury Layoff

Nigerian striker Victor Boniface has resumed training after spending months sidelined with a leg injury.

In a post shared Tuesday on his official X account, the 25-year-old uploaded a video of himself performing leg exercises, captioning it: “Help me post this one too, I dey training.”

The forward had undergone knee surgery in January in Innsbruck, Austria, under specialist Prof. Dr Christian Fink, after being diagnosed with a knee contusion. His club, Werder Bremen, confirmed at the time that he would be out for several months following the procedure.

Before the injury setbacks, the striker had impressed with eight goals and one assist in 15 appearances. His latest update has sparked excitement among fans eager to see him return to action.
