PSG Survive Aston Villa Scare To Reach UCL Semi Final

Aston Villa came from behind to defeat Paris Saint-Germain 3–2 in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League knockout  tie, but it was not enough to secure progression, as they lost 4–5 on aggregate, losing 3-1 in the first leg 

PSG took an early lead through Achraf Hakimi in the 11th minute, before Nuno Mendes doubled the advantage in the 28th minute following an assist from Ousmane Dembélé.

Villa responded in the 34th minute as Youri Tielemans pulled one back for the hosts. Villa continued their comeback after the break, with McGinn levelling the score at 2–2 in the 55th minute from a Pau Torres assist.

Then three minutes later, Ezri Konsa scored the third goal for Villa, assisted by Marcus Rashford, putting the home side ahead 

Despite the tremendous effort from Villa to qualify for the next round, Unai Emery’s men lost on aggregate with a 4-5 scoreline
