The billionaire founder of OnlyFans, Leo Radvinsky, has died at the age of 43 following a prolonged battle with cancer.
The Ukrainian-born entrepreneur built a multibillion-dollar fortune, reportedly earning as much as $1.8 million daily through the platform and related ventures.
In a statement cited Monday, a company spokesperson confirmed the death, saying the firm was “deeply saddened.”
“Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” the spokesperson said, adding that his family has requested privacy.

An online obituary indicated he died in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he lived with his family.
Radvinsky’s estimated net worth stood at $4.7 billion, largely tied to Fenix International Limited, which holds a majority stake in OnlyFans. He served as both director and majority shareholder, and was also known as a philanthropist and angel investor.

He acquired OnlyFans in 2018 from the Stokely family in the United Kingdom, a move that triggered rapid expansion of the platform.
By 2024, users had spent a record $7.2 billion on the subscription service. Reports indicate Radvinsky paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends between 2021 and 2025.
He had reportedly explored selling the platform last year but faced difficulty securing a buyer, with analysts pointing to the challenges tied to its adult content business model.
