DJ Big N Raises Concern Over Rising Air Pollution, Spike in “Flu-Like” Illnesses in Lagos

Nigerian disc jockey DJ Big N has raised alarm over what he describes as a growing public health concern in Lagos, following a surge in respiratory illnesses across the state.

In an update shared on his Instagram story, the music star noted that hospitals, schools, and entire communities are witnessing an unusual increase in cases of coughing, congestion, and other “flu-like” symptoms — particularly among children.

DJ Big N questioned the cause of the sudden spike and urged health authorities to investigate the situation urgently to safeguard residents.
