Controversial social critic Verydarkman announced the recovery of N78 million from the N180 million reportedly stolen from his NGO account following a hacking incident.
The update came days after he raised alarm on Instagram about the missing funds, which sparked skepticism regarding his claims.
In a recent Instagram post, he expressed gratitude for the recovery efforts and mentioned that the suspect had fled to Ghana, indicating plans to pursue further investigation there.
He stated “Thanks to the people who called to check up on me. I also want to thank God for the process so far: we have been able to recover N78m, even though the suspect pointed out that the person he did with has run to Ghana, so hopefully, we would be going to Ghana very soon.”
