UK tribunal orders deportation of Tobi Adegboyega over alleged N4bn fraud

A United Kingdom Immigration Tribunal has ordered the deportation of the controversial Nigerian pastor, Tobi Adegboyega over an alleged £1.87m (N4b) fraud.

The Immigration tribunal ruled that Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, 44, the cousin of John Boyega, the Star Wars actor, should be subjected to deportation to Nigeria after investigations exposed misuse of funds by his church.

Adegboyega was head of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church (SPAC), a controversial church shut down after failing to properly account for more than £1.87 million of outgoings and operating with a lack of transparency.
