Manchester United secured their FA Cup tittle after defeating Close Rival Manchester City 2-1 in Wembley.
After a disappointing start that saw Manchester United take the lead through a calamitous mix-up between Josko Gvardiol and Ortega which allowed Gernacho to tap into an empty net
United continued to grow in confidence which led to a second goal from Academy graduate, Kobbie Maino who stroked a clinical finish into the far corner.
Super sub Jeremy Doku pulled one back for the Citizens but his clinical finish wasn’t enough to give City a comeback into the game.
The result gives united a first FA cup trophy since 2015/16 season and a much needed boost to clinch European qualification despite finishing 8th in the league
