JUST IN: COURT GRANTS CUBANA CHIEF PRIEST N10m BAIL ON NAIRA ABUSE CHARGE

Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court in Lagos, on Wednesday have granted bail of N10m with 2 sureties to popolar celebrity businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, facing allegation of abusing the Naira.

Justice Ogundare admitted him to bail after he pleaded NOT guilty to a three-count charge of allegedly spraying and tampering with the Naira notes at a social event contrary to the provisions of the Central Bank Act of 2007, brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
