The entrance to the Council headquarters of Port Harcourt Local Government Area have been taken over by youths of Ijaw extraction.
Placards at the canopies boldly display solidarity messages for Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
There is heavy security presence in the area as heavily armed policemen are also on ground monitoring the situation.
The Council gates are however shut as today is a public holiday, but the Chairman of the Eastern Zone of the Ijaw Youth Council says he and his members are here to show solidarity with the governor and that no Chairman will be allowed to stay beyond their tenures.
