Crystal Palace and England international centre-back Marc Guéhi could face an English Football Association (FA) charge after writing “I love Jesus” on his rainbow-coloured captain’s armband for Saturday’s 1-1 draw at home to Newcastle United.
According to reports, the defender is likely to be fined for the inscription on his armband which is considered a violation of the rules guiding the sport.
As at the time of filing this report, the defender is yet to give a statement on the issue neither have Crystal Palace
