Yahaya Bello, the former governor of Kogi State, has solicited for the transfer of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) case leveled against him to Kogi State.
The former state’s helmsman argued that since he was accused of committing the offense while serving as the state governor, hence should be tried in Kogi and not in Abuja.
