In Tumu, Akko local government area, Gombe State, Mohammed Yaya, 45, is said to have defiled a 10-year-old girl after offering her N150 on two separate occasions. This information was revealed on Friday at the command’s Gombe headquarters during the parading of suspects by the state’s Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Buhari Abdullahi. Abdullahi claimed that after admitting to the act, the man gave the girl N100 and N50, respectively.
“The guy had sex with the 10-year-old child after he enticed her into his home on May 27, 2024. The suspect admitted to carrying out the conduct twice after a preliminary investigation.He revealed that he gave her 50 and 100 naira, in that order. The case is under investigation and will soon be charged to court for prosecution”
