The Kaduna State Police says the imn has been proscribed by the Federal Government and that their gathering today is against the ban on unlawful assembly.
The spokesman of the Kaduna State Police Command , ASP MANSIR HASSAN told Journalists that the IMN members came out in the morning with dangerous weapons and started attacking innocent residents in the name of processesion.
He also said that the imn members attacked the police with dangerous weapons, when they attempted to disperse them. , stating that some Policemen were wounded by the imn members.
The police pro further explains that some suspects in possession with dangerous weapons have been arrested and will be charged to court upon completion of investigation.
