Turkish club Besiktas have reportedly terminated the contract of Emirhan Delibas because the player has a profile on a dating application.
Reports of a dating profile allegedly owned by Emirhan Delibas circulated the internet with a picture of the youngster and his name with a different age to what he has on his contract with the Turkish club which is potentially the main reason for his reported dismissal by the club as speculated.
The club confirmed that they had parted ways with the player via the official social media handle of the Turkish giants without any formal reason being mentioned in the memo on why this decision was made.
The statement reads “We have parted ways with professional football player Emirhan Delibaş by mutual agreement.
“We wish Emirhan Delibaş success in his future
career and present it to the public.
