Neymar Speaks Out on Brazil Exclusion Amid Injury Comeback

Neymar Jr has admitted he feels “upset and sad” after being excluded from Brazil’s latest national team squad.

The Santos FC forward, who is still working his way back to peak condition, shared an emotional message following the decision.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Neymar insisted that despite the setback, he remains focused on improving with every training session and match.

“I’m upset, sad, about not being called up. But the focus remains day after day, training after training, game after game,” he said.

“We’re going to achieve our goal. There’s still one final call-up left and the dream lives on. That’s it, we’re in this together.”

His omission is largely linked to his recent injury struggles, which have limited his game time and overall sharpness.

Brazil’s coaching crew are understood to have opted for fully fit players in consistent form, while also continuing a gradual transition that is giving younger talents more opportunities ahead of major competitions.
