Nigerians Angry, Hungry for Change Ahead of 2027 – Dickson

A former Governor of Bayelsa State and Senator representing Bayelsa West, Henry Seriake Dickson, says many Nigerians are frustrated with the current situation in the country and are eager for political change ahead of the 2027 elections.

Dickson spoke in Abuja on Monday during the unveiling of the digital membership registration portal of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).

According to him, widespread dissatisfaction with the status quo has created a strong demand for change, adding that the NDC provides a platform for Nigerians seeking a credible alternative.

He described the party as a fresh and crisis-free political movement and urged Nigerians to join early.

The event was attended by the party’s National Chairman, Cleopas Moses, and National Secretary, Ikenna Morgan Enekweizu.

Dickson recently resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party, citing internal crisis and poor leadership in the opposition party.
