Windstorm Raise Camp Roof In Gombe

A windstorm have seriously affected the National youth service Corp (NYSC) camp in Gombe

This was confirmed by the Gombe state cordinator of the National Youth Service Corp, Chinwe Nwachukwu who appealed to the state government for aids to make urgent repairs 

Nwachuku made the appeal on Friday during the swearing-in ceremony of the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream II corps members.

Nwachuku said, “I want to seize this opportunity to profoundly thank His Excellency for the love the scheme enjoys in Gombe State.

“But as we are gathered here today, it is with tears in my eyes that I want to bring to the attention of His Excellency, a very pressing concern that affects the welfare and safety of not just these vibrant young men and women, but the entire camp community.”
