
Two people have beed confirmed dead with a further 192 injured as PSG’s Champions League victory descended into chaos on the streets of Paris.
According to sources in France, the chaos broke out after Paris Saint Germain won its first champions league title on Saturday
Thousands of supporters gathered in the French capital to watch PSG face Inter Milan in Munich, both on a beam-back at the Parc des Princes and around the city, but it descended into scenes that prompted Minister of the Interior Bruno Retailleau to say “barbarians have taken to the streets of Paris”.
By Sunday morning, 559 people had been arrested and police were forced to evacuate the Champs Élysées.
